If Not Jesus, Who?
THE TRUTH EXPLORATION
Never before in human history has a religious leader made claims as bold and extraordinary as those made by Jesus Christ. John 14:6 states, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'" This website invites you to an open discussion about one of life's most important questions:
WHO IS JESUS (REAL OR FICTION) AND ARE HIS CLAIMS ON THE SAID VERSE CAN BE TRUSTED?
Be our guest as we reason together. We are committed to following the truth wherever it leads us that, should the evidence prove our position mistaken, we stand corrected, regardless of how many times we must swallow our pride.
Just honest questions, thoughtful discussion, and an opportunity to examine the evidence for yourself. We are open-minded in a way few others are. Doubts are welcome. Questions are welcome. Different opinions are welcome.
Together, we'll explore questions such as:
. Why did Jesus claim what He claimed to be?
. What did Jesus mean when He said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life?"
. If Jesus did not claim what He claimed to be, who made it up?
. Why does the Catholic Church disagrees with Jesus as the only mediator to the Father?
. Why does the Catholic Church makes Mary and the pope-canonized-saints intercessors for God?
. Why does Islam rejects that Jesus is the Son of God?
. Why does Islam rejects the idea that Jesus was crucified?
. Why does Islam rejects that Jesus resurrected from the dead?
"If Not Jesus, Who? The Truth Exploration" is an opportunity to explore these questions openly, honestly, and respectfully. This is not an invitation to accept something blindly. It is an invitation to investigate.
Since TRUTH is of outmost importance to any person believing in God, we cannot make the question, "If not Jesus, who?" disappear and ignore. Furthermore, we owe it to ourselves to establish whether Jesus is real or fiction.
Here's the reason why we believe Jesus is REAL and NOT fiction. Humans are born into a world enslaved to sin and separated from God. We cannot save ourselves, and no other human can save us from our sins. That is why Jesus said John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." Jesus was declaring that He ALONE is the way to reconciliation with God and salvation from sin. That's an extraordinary bold claim. He didn't point His disciples toward another person, institution, philosophy, or religious system. HE IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS THE WAY TO THE FATHER.
This is where the rubber meets the road. Jesus didn't say: "I am one way." He said: "I am the way." And He didn't say: "Many ways lead to the Father." He said: "No one comes to the Father except through Me."
To skeptics and unbelievers -- is there any better explanation you can come up with regarding John 14:6 that is more credible and believable (with indisputable proof) where you can truly say that Jesus lied, or Jesus didn't say those words? Regarding the claim that Jesus is a fictional character, are there any first-century writings or any writings thereater that can undoubtedly prove Jesus is fiction? Furthermore, why is it that Jesus' disciples and apostles after His resurrection and ascension went on witnessing for Him regarding his life, crucifixion, death, and resurrection and, were willing to suffer and die for Him? What could possibly motivate someone to commit such sacrifices when the inevitable consequence was their own imminent death?
